Property Investment Articles

Hi, everyone. Salena Kulkarni here from Phoenix Wealth Group. And in today’s video I want to talk about what I think is the single biggest risk for people who do any kind of investing.

In my world I come across people who invest in all sorts of different things whether it’s businesses, shares, property, all sorts of different things every day. And the thing that I see as the single biggest mindset barrier and probably the biggest risk when you’re investing is the idea that you can get rich quick.

The number of people who go to seminars, sees things on the Internet, see ads on TV, where anyone is trying to tell you that if you follow a certain set of rules you will get rich quick. And this is something that I feel passionate about!!

I’ve met too many people who have lost too much money undertaking things that are clearly high risk or aren’t going to work and parting with hard earned cash in order to get a really poor result or in some cases lose money.

What I would say to you is the philosophy that you should have as an investor is really going to serve you the best in an environment where things are going a bit crazy all around the world. If you want to be as risk averse as possible you should adopt an attitude of getting rich slow. People like me who have done well for themselves through property and other things have had to learn the hard way that if there is no magic bullet, there is no fast track to wealth. It’s a slow and steady progress towards wealth.

And it’s important that you don’t get sidetracked by shiny objects who try to tell you otherwise.
So I hope you found this really useful please like or share our video. And if anything resonated with you please get in touch. Otherwise, I look forward to connecting with you next time.

Salena Kulkarni, signing off.
