The second thing you need to do is making sure you implement everything that you need to do to structure a deal before you actually commit to a deal. So you shouldn’t be rushing around to build your team or find professionals at the point of execution.
The third element of speedy execution is actually making sure that you administer all aspects of paperwork and that kind of support your investment deal in a timely way.
A lot of people don’t realize that there is actually a lot of paperwork in administration associated with every property investment deal and it’s probably the least glamorous and least sexy part of property investing.
